Quality Manager - Denmark

We are searching for a Quality Manager to be based in Denmark on a large Data Centre Project with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor. The role will lead and manage the full quality function on a major construction project, setting clear standards and ensuring consistent delivery across all disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the project Quality Plan
• Lead QA/QC teams across Mechanical, Electrical and CSA disciplines
• Review and approve quality documentation (ITPs, method statements, test packs, checklists)
• Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved and not repeated
• Coordinate quality requirements with subcontractors, trades and design teams
• Drive consistent inspections, audits and reporting across all work packages
• Support commissioning and handover with complete, accurate quality documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client quality related matters

Requirements

• EU passport is essential
• Proven QA/QC leadership experience on large scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP and/or CSA quality standards and processes
• Experience managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams, contractors and clients
• Solid understanding of EU regulations, inspection protocols and commissioning processes
