The Role - Quality Assurance Manager - Construction

The QA Manager will be based in Manchester, responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across live construction sites. This role requires a proactive professional with solid experience in QA/QC management within the construction sector, and familiarity with digital QA tools such as Procure or Fieldview. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, overseeing documentation, and driving a culture of quality across all project teams. This will involve visiting sites and driving improvements across the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site-based quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Use Procure or Fieldview software to manage QA documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight to site teams and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to uphold quality expectations.
• Manage and compile QA documentation for audits and handover packages.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality excellence.
