Quality Leader - Defence Manufacturing & Compliance

Rolls Royce Defence Manufacturing division seeks a Quality Manager to drive compliance across OE and MRO activities within a dynamic, team-based environment.

You will deploy 8D problem resolution, lead investigations, and manage DASOR, MEDA and MARS reporting. The role requires ISO9001 and/or AS/EN9100/9110 lead-auditor credentials, excellent communication, and a proven ability to inspire continuous improvement.
