Brafe Engineering Limited have an immediate requirement for a competent, Quality Inspector to join their team based in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

To gain and full understanding of, and become versatile in all inspection processes including:
- Dimensional Inspection
- Visual Inspection
- Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
- Magnetic Particle Testing
- Calibration of Measuring Equipment
- Part Marking
Training will include:
- Understanding of Engineering Drawings along with associated Geometrical Tolerancing
- Operation of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's) and traditional hand-held measuring equipment
- Operation of other equipment required to fulfil tasks as required
- Inspection techniques and procedures
- Raising of reports and associate certification
- The handling and reporting of non-conforming product
The successful candidate will already possess a technical background, either academically, or otherwise.
The position is ideally suited to a person who has a desire to excel in an Engineering discipline.
You will work 37 hours a week hour (Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30, Friday 08:30 - 16:00). Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays. Great benefits are on offer including; a highly competitive pension and life cover. All PPE included including Overalls and Workwear.
