About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Redditch. This is a key role within operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components
Ensure all items meet internal quality standards and customer specifications
Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
Identify defects and non-conformances, escalating issues where necessary
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
Requirements
Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role preferred
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for recording and reporting data
Knowledge of quality standards and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is advantageous
