Salary: £44,950 depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
Play a leading role in driving Governance principles and strategy throughout EBS
Undertake routine Quality Assurance activities and tasks, including Process Confirmations and Audits with regards to Operational Framework
Ensure that the applicable Information Management processes are implemented and wherever possible, consistent with standard Shared Services Document and Management processes
Responsible for leading and/or facilitating internal process confirmations, audits and Defect Management in relevant areas
Drive Risk identification and mitigation throughout EBS as well as conduct and lead regular risk reviews with the EBS Risk Owners
Ensure that the applicable Business Continuity Management and Risk processes are implemented and wherever possible, consistent with standard Shared Services approach
Your skills and experiences:
Understanding of Quality/Business Management Systems, Operational Framework and Operational Assurance
Have an understanding of Information Management
Knowledge of Risk Management and mitigation
HNC or degree qualified or equivalent experience
Internal/External Audit training

The Employee Business Support Quality Team
As part of this role, you will be a key member of the Employee Business Support Quality team with responsibility for ensuring appropriate Governance standards are in place across the Delivery Stream. Demonstrated through Risk Management, Compliance, Information Management and Assurance.
This role provides oversight, guidance and support to embed robust frameworks that protects the business and fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and Quality mindset.
