Quality Engineering Transformation Lead

IRIS Software Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an exceptional Quality Engineering leader to define and drive the quality strategy across the organisation. You will set standards, lead a major transformation, and build a curated end-to-end QE model embedded within product pods.

You'll build influence across a large engineering estate, lead a small central QE practice, and partner with Engineering VPs to mature capability in automation, performance, resilience and SRE.
