Quality Engineer - 5G Products

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to define, embed, and champion quality across the business. This role owns quality, reliability, and compliance for our end-to end product portfolio- spanning hardware, embedded software, RF systems, and networked solutions. Working as a trusted partner to R&D, manufacturing, and customer facing teams, you will set clear quality expectations, establish robust processes, and ensure quality is designed in, built in, and sustained throughout the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's quality management system, embedding quality across the company
• Define and enforce quality standards, metrics, and KPIs, aligned with telecom regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead compliance, audit, and CAPA activities, ensuring sustained adherence to ISO 9001, FCC, CE, and customer obligations.
• Partner with R&D and operations to build quality in, shaping control plans, design reviews, validation strategies, and supplier quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement using field, customer, and production data, resolving systemic issues and improving product reliability and customer outcomes.
• Represent quality externally, leading customer audits, regulatory inspections, and certification activities with confidence and authority.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical field
• Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or engineering organisation.
• Hands on experience with quality tools
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for hardware, software, and system level validation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to 5G products
• Certification such as Six Sigma, ASQ CQE, or ISO Lead Auditor.
• Experience working with global customers and cross functional engineering teams.
