Quality Development Officer: Probation QA & Improvement

Ministry of Justice in the North West region is seeking a Specialist Probation Officer to contribute to the development of excellence in the quality of work with offenders and victims within the National Probation Service (NPS).

The post holder will be part of a team focusing on quality assurance and improvement activities, including audits, analysis, practice workshops, coaching and supporting colleagues, with no line management responsibilities.
