Quality Coordinator

The Role

As Quality Coordinator, you will be a member of the site quality team, with responsibility for maintaining product and quality compliance within the Abbott Carbury Point manufacturing environment.

This is an evening shift position, Mon - Thurs 16:00 - 00:00 and Friday 15:00 - 22:00

Major Responsibilities

• In process and final sampling and testing of manufactured product
• Coordination of in-process work order file documentation
• Operation and maintenance of electronic document management system
• Provision of assistance to various functions on quality, technical, documentation or other issues
• Assistance with CAPA investigations and correction/corrective action plans
• Assistance with internal and supplier audits
• Metric compilation and coordination
• Co-ordination of the retain sample and stability sample program
• Supporting laboratory activity where appropriately trained
• EHS Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Environmental Health & Safety standards are met and all EHS regulations and procedures are adhered to
  • Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and compliance through active participation and support of Abbott's EHS Program
  • Ensure to report any work-related injuries or illness to employee health and assist in the investigation
  • Active participation and support of Abbott's EHS programs, and attend EHS training as assigned

Education Required

• Leaving certificate / A-level education and at least 3 years of work experience
