- Provide Quality support and advice for the correct management of Quality records within the project.
- Ensure that the correct guidance is being followed to plan Quality records, monitor templates that are being created to plan the submission of quality records to ensure that they are being correctly planned.
- Provide advice and support to the Project Teams and supply chain to understand the requirements and plan in accordance.
- Provide administrative support for on-site Quality inspections/requirements.
- Review Lifetime Quality records as they are received against the agreed submission list to ensure what has been received is correct by liaising with the Quality Team. Review the records to ensure they meet Quality Assurance requirements for submission into the client's Document Control system.
- Must have expert knowledge of applicable Microsoft Office software and have the ability to learn and utilize various scanning and CD-ROM programs.
