Current Roles- General Operatives - Production, Crisping House
Roles involve working on the production line, quality control of product, packing and loading product for distribution. Training will be provided. Responsibilities include working quickly, accurately and accurately with excellent attention to detail, setting up machines and bagging product, ensuring conformance to specifications, reporting and addressing quality and safety issues, adhering to HACCP and health and safety practices, maintaining housekeeping, using lifting equipment, pallet trucks and forklift trucks (not all roles), and general factory duties. Working hours: three days on, four days off, full time over three days. Own transport is required as public transport is not available. - Quality Control Technician - Westpalstown, Co. Dublin
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. Day to day management of HACCP and quality control procedures to ensure product safety and quality. Completion of quality records, ensuring products meet specifications, assisting in audit readiness, applying knowledge of product specification and plant quality procedures, encouraging food safety culture, and other duties as directed. No experience required; training will be provided. Key requirements: excellent communication skills, experience in a food environment, ability to learn HACCP principles, attention to detail, motivation, organisational and interpersonal skills, and confidentiality handling. - New Product Development and Innovation Manager - North County Dublin
This senior role drives Keogh's innovation strategy by developing a multiyear product development plan, aligning initiatives with consumer trends and brand purpose. Responsibilities include taking new concepts from kitchen sample to shelf, managing formulation, testing and launch, translating consumer insight into NPD opportunities in partnership with Marketing and Sales, collaborating with Operations, Quality and Procurement, building long term innovation capability, and positioning Keogh's as an industry leader. Essential requirements: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline, 4+ years of NPD or Innovation experience (ideally in manufacturing, FMCG or food sector), understanding of R&D tax credit processes, strong knowledge of product development, regulatory frameworks and quality systems, proven record of successful launches, cross functional team and project portfolio management, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, project management, problem solving, leadership, team development skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office and NPD/specification systems, and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
