Quality Control Technician

Location: Leiden, The Netherlands

Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extension)

What You'll Be Doing

• Run routine testing of innovative Cell and Gene therapy products using techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
• Be actively involved in method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
• Take care of lab equipment and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, GMP-compliant lab environment.
• Bring your voice to continuous improvement initiatives and help stay inspection-ready.
• Be open to working in a shift-based setup.

What You Bring

• A BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Around 1-3 years of experience in QC or analytical testing - we welcome both emerging talent and those building their careers.
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Cytometry, PCR, and Cell-Based Assays.
• Familiarity with GMP practices and lab documentation.
• A team-first, flexible attitude and full on-site availability.
