Quality Control Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend QC Supervisor to join our Quality team at Manor Farm, Shercock, Co. Cavan.

This is a hands on quality role with responsibility for supervising weekend QC operations, supporting production teams, and ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across the site. The role works a weekend pattern of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the weekend QC team
• Monitoring quality checks, inspections, and documentation
• Escalating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
• Carrying out GMP, hygiene, and internal audits
• Working closely with production and operational teams to maintain standards
• Supporting continuous improvement and compliance activities across the site

What we're looking for

• Experience in a food production, manufacturing, or quality environment
• Previous QC, QA, or supervisory experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good communication and organisational ability
• A proactive approach and commitment to food safety and quality standards
