QA/QC Manager (CSA Discipline) - Data Centre Project
Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands (Project-Based)
Contract: Full-time
ECC Group is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager (CSA) to join a major data centre construction project in Europe. If you're a detail-driven leader with a passion for quality assurance and compliance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Lead and manage the QA/QC function for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines
2: Ensure project deliverables meet all quality and regulatory standards, industry best practices, and client expectations
3: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures
4: Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and reviews - ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and safety protocols
5: Drive a culture of quality throughout the project team and subcontractors
6: Support close-out and handover documentation for client sign-off
Your Profile:
1: Experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in CSA disciplines
2: Proven track record on large-scale construction projects - Data Centre experience highly desirable
3: In-depth knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and quality systems
4: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
5: Ability to work on site in Europe, leading teams across fast-paced, complex projects
