Your New Job

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll report to the QA Document Specialist or Quality Manager. This position supports the delivery, expansion, and ongoing administration of food safety and quality management systems across the site. You'll be a key part of the team, driving compliance and contributing to operational excellence. The role is full-time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor Food Safety Management Systems through audits and safety walks
• Conduct regular compliance checks to company policies and standards
• Assist in expanding and implementing quality systems to new site areas
• Support and guide operations and other departments on quality standards
• Help develop and deliver Food Safety training for all staff
• Support preparation for internal and external audits
• Administer the Document Management system and train colleagues on documentation standards
• Stay current with regulatory documentation requirements and implement updates
• Drive corrective and preventative action processes
• Manage projects and cross-functional teamwork
• Other responsibilities as required

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree (or equivalent) in Quality Assurance or a science-related field
• At least two years' experience in food industry quality control/assurance
• Good working knowledge of quality systems and GMPs
• Excellent attention to detail and process driven
• Strong organisation and independent work skills
• Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheets
• Confident delivering training at all levels
