ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Assurance Officer (Operations) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety within the facility. By implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems, conducting audits, and enforcing compliance with industry regulations including food and feed safety and GMP, the officer safeguards the integrity of production processes. Through meticulous inspection, documentation management, and problem-solving, the officer aims to prevent defects, identify opportunities for improvement, and consistently deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations. The role is essential in fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the organization.
