Responsibilities

• Lead on quality assurance by setting up Quality Assurance Frameworks and providing in-depth analysis on how outcomes for families and children can be improved.
• Lead on Quality, liaising with operational leads, managers, and social workers to communicate the vision of improvement and how it will be achieved.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to set up support and advice for social workers to continue delivering the best service to service users.

Requirements

• Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England (statutory requirement).
• Experience in a similar QA role, with the ability to lead quality initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Full-time statutory role status and ability to work in an environment described as Outside IR35.

Compensation and Details

Rate: £56.50/h. The service has received over 500 five-star Google reviews, with weekly check-ins, placement support, and a market-leading timesheet & payroll system to streamline payments.

Note: As this is a statutory role, you require a social work qualification & registration with Social Work England.
