Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Manager at Gafoor, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of food safety and quality across their single-site poultry manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance Management within the food or poultry manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, BRCGS, and relevant UK legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders.
• A relevant qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
