The job

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you are the primary contact for customer quality-related matters. You ensure customer satisfaction by managing complaints, leading root cause investigations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You work closely with production, engineering and sales to resolve quality issues and to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you analyze customer returns, oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support audits. You report to the QESH Manager.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams regarding quality topics.
  • Investigate customer complaints and drive structured problem-solving (8D).
  • Coordinate and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • customer audits and quality-related visits.


We are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in customer quality, quality assurance, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, lean manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

• Experience in handling customer complaints and managing quality documentation.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
