Your new role includes:

• Manage and maintain the BRC and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and evaluate quality processes to ensure full compliance with standards.
• Coordinate analytical laboratory testing and liaise with customers on quality-related matters.
• Promote and enforce best practices across all areas of the plant.
• Lead preparations for external audits, including customer, BRC, and HSE audits.
• Support production teams in maintaining quality compliance, preventing issues, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Track and report on quality performance metrics.
• Ensure the site consistently meets the highest hygiene standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and accreditations.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Proven experience coordinating quality systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification in Food Science, Quality, or a related field.
• Experience working within a food manufacturing environment.
• BRC experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Be self motivated and be willing to upskill
