Quality Assurance & Improvement Officer - Social Care

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Walsall is recruiting for an Assurance & Improvement Officer within the Adult Social Care Team. The role is based at the Civic Centre with work across multiple locations, focused on quality assurance and improvement to ensure readiness for inspections.

You will report to the Adult Social Care Assurance & Business Manager and support systems, data monitoring, and compliance across corporate, regional, and national levels.
