OrganisatieKVE Composites Repair is an EASA Part-145 certified maintenance organization specializing in the repair of composite aircraft components. Based at Maastricht Airport, they're part of the influential Daher Group (France)-a major player in aerospace manufacturing and logistics. At KVE, you'll work in a focused, professional team with the resources and network of a global organization.
FunctieYou'll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure all maintenance activities meet EASA standards. From audit prep to supporting investigations, you'll help keep the quality system up-to-date and effective. This role is designed with growth in mind-giving you space to build toward a future leadership position in aviation compliance.
You will:
- Help prepare and support internal, external, and customer audits
- Maintain and update QMS and SMS documentation
- Support the handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis
- Monitor compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal procedures
- Coordinate with auditors, customers, and authorities
- Keep calibration, training, and compliance records up to date
- Assist in improvement projects and cross-functional tasks
You're methodical, curious, and eager to understand how aviation compliance works. You enjoy working in a well-organized environment and are confident handling documentation, audits, and technical standards. Experience helps-but mindset matters most.
You have:
- Experience in aviation or another regulated industry
- Understanding of quality, compliance, or maintenance support
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and quality systems
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role over time
