Quality & Delivery Manager - Retrofit Training & Assessment Full-time Competitive Salary National Role (Hybrid with Travel)We are seeking an experienced and passionate Quality & Delivery Manager to lead operational excellence in our retrofit training and assessment programmes. This role is crucial in ensuring our provision meets the highest industry standards, while driving compliance, learner success and continuous improvement.
The Role - Quality Assurance in Retrofit TrainingIn this pivotal position, you will:
- Lead the quality assurance framework for retrofit training and assessment provision
- Manage, coach and support trainers, assessors and delivery teams
- Monitor delivery standards through observations, audits and feedback reviews
- Liaise with awarding organisations and external quality assurers to maintain accreditation
- Ensure compliance with all retrofit schemes, PAS 2035 and industry regulations
- Support curriculum development to reflect evolving retrofit standards and best practice
- Oversee operational performance metrics, ensuring training delivery meets KPIs
- Shape the learner journey, from enrolment to successful completion, ensuring outstanding experiences
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor (RA) as a minimum
- Knowledge and application of PAS 2035 retrofit guidance
- Proven track record in quality assurance and compliance within training or assessment
- Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Knowledge of net zero housing initiatives and sustainability frameworks
