Quality & Compliance Leader - Semiconductors

Fractile is seeking an experienced Quality lead in the UK to drive development of our quality management systems across suppliers, products, software and customer quality initiatives.

You will assess processes to identify gaps and implement robust, pragmatic solutions, build and lead a cross-functional quality team, and manage audits, CAPA, RCAs and 8D responses while ensuring RoHS/REACH/CE compliance. Travel will be required to support supplier audits and reviews.
