Quality & Compliance Leader - Adult Social Care

Liaise in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to work with Registered Managers and Regional Teams to improve quality and compliance in homes, embedding the quality assurance framework to achieve good and outstanding outcomes for the people we support.

You will lead audits, advise on safeguarding, ensure policy and regulatory evidence are up to date, attend regional meetings, and drive major projects such as reducing restrictive practices and improving MCA/BID practice.
