The Team

To support the continued growth of our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our compliance function and ensure we maintain the highest standards across our global operations.

The Role

As Quality and Compliance Lead, you will take responsibility for maintaining and developing our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant legislation.

This is a 10-month fixed-term role, providing maternity cover, and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking business. Internally you will join us as a Compliance Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Managing the internal audit programme, including follow-up of corrective actions
  • Overseeing non-conformance and opportunities for improvement management processes
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO standards and relevant regulations
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance, identifying trends, and developing actions to address them
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to review and improve IMS documentation
  • Provide training based on our policies and procedures when required
  • Leading and supporting the compliance team in achieving their objectives
The Skills

We are looking for an organised and systematic professional with strong attention to detail and a proven track record in compliance management.

You will bring:

  • Practical experience in a compliance, quality, or audit management role
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience leading or supporting a team is desirable
  • Formal qualifications in quality, health & safety, or environmental management would be an advantage
