Quality & Compliance Business Partner

Midlands & North of England

The role

You'll be at the heart of our mission to support people to live independently at home, making sure every service delivers safe, person-centred care. In this role, you will:

  • Carry out Mock Inspections against CQC standards.
  • Lead post-inspection action plans, driving improvements and helping services aim for Outstanding.
  • Support and coordinate CQC registrations for services and managers.
  • Provide practical support and guidance to Operational Teams on quality and compliance.

This is a busy, varied role with plenty of scope to make an impact - perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, improvement, and making a difference.

Travel

This role is focused on services across the Midlands and North of England, but as part of a national team you may sometimes support in other regions. The role involves regular travel - giving you the chance to see different services, meet diverse teams, and experience real variety in your work. Some overnight stays will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A Health & Social Care background with strong knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent report-writing skills.
  • Confidence in setting and leading SMART action plans.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to influence and support managers constructively.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for travel.

Above all, you'll need a genuine passion for quality and compliance - this isn't a desk job, it's a role where you'll be out in services, working with teams, and driving real improvement.

What we offer
  • Salary + mileage allowance.
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Structured induction and CPD support.
  • Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme.
