Quality Analyst

Experience working as a Quality Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager, or IT Transformation Specialist.

Strong understanding of digital transformation processes.

Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience in leading teams and engaging with external consultants.

Skilled in reviewing complex systems and software.

Comfortable working in unfamiliar and dynamic environments.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to summarize complex information effectively.

Proficient in report writing.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexible in changing directions as needed.

Willingness to travel to properties and be on call for emergencies.

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualification.

Excellent command of the English language.

Experience using Omniledger or similar software.

Awareness of cultural differences and ability to work effectively across diverse groups.
