Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles. As a mechanic in our family-run business, you will not only be responsible for high-quality mechanical work, but also for providing excellent customer service, ensuring each client feels like part of our family.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles (both domestic and foreign).
Conduct safety inspections and identify potential issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and offering professional advice to clients in an approachable and clear manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle mechanics, technology, and industry trends.
Ensure that all repairs are performed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality.
Work collaboratively with other team members and assist in training apprentices as needed.
Follow safety protocols and keep accurate service records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic (3+ years preferred).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with a wide range of vehicles and automotive systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts and work in various physical conditions.
