The role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils and teachers across a range of primary schools, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
You may be involved in:
- Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities
- Supporting learning and development
- Helping with classroom routines and behaviour
- Working with different year groups and school teams
We're looking for:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or recognised equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across different schools in Warrington
- A current DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
