Qualified Solar Electrician

A well-established renewable energy business experiencing significant growth across the domestic solar market is seeking a Qualified Solar Electrician to join their expanding installation team.

The Role

The successful candidate will carry out electrical installations associated with domestic solar PV systems across Dublin and the surrounding counties. This role offers long-term stability, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to work within one of Ireland's fastest-growing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works for domestic solar PV systems
• Work alongside roofing and installation teams on residential projects
• Complete testing, commissioning, and fault finding where required
• Ensure all installations comply with electrical regulations and safety standards
• Travel to customer sites across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, and Wicklow
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Deliver high-quality customer service on-site

The Person

• Solar PV installation experience
• Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification
• Experience in domestic electrical installations
• RECI / Safe Electric registration essential
• SEAI Solar PV registration essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full clean driving licence required
• Good communication and customer-facing skills

• Average earnings between €75,000 - €85,000+
