Social Graduate (M/F) - Picasso - 80% Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for over 125 years. It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and applies its skills to serve their welfare and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer private non-profit organization, recognized as being of public interest. To complete the PICASSO team, a living space for 6 residents with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders, we are looking for a social graduate (M/F) at an 80% activity rate.Mission You contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensuring them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily support. You aim to maintain their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.Responsibilities - Design and implement individual and collective support - Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily living activities - Develop tools adapted to the varying needs of residents (psychobehavioral disorders, pervasive personality disorders, and associated physical disorders) - Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous cases - Involve the family and close relatives of the resident in their individual project follow-up - Collaborate actively with internal and external networks - Carry out tasks related to residents and the desired team Qualifications - X diploma CFC, ES, or HES - Experience in supporting individuals with various psychobehavioral disorders and associated issues - Interest in developing tools tailored to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualized support and regular collective activities - Comfort in teamwork and in sharing tasks Work Environment We offer the opportunity to participate in the development of an important institution, to face challenges, and, through ongoing training, to develop your skills.
