Job Description Nursery - Bright Horizons Milford Salary - £13.50/hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience) Location - Staffordshire ST17 0LA. We're looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Milford Nursery, just a few minutes from Stafford centre.

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee - giving you the best of both worlds!
- Support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones.
- Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children - Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
