Location: Skelmersdale
Salary: £40,000

Overview:

A well-established manufacturing business in Skelmersdale is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance. This role is ideal for a candidate with NEBOSH certification and a background in fabrication or engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain QHSE systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and ISO standards
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
  • Deliver training and monitor QHSE performance
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • Experience within fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
