Regeneron QC Analyst - Bioassay. Join our QC Biology and Biochemistry team to perform a variety of cell based assays, ELISA, and other quality control tests.
LocationRaheen, Limerick.
Responsibilities- Conduct tests on in process, release, stability, and research samples.
- Gather data and document test results for cell based potency assays and ELISA.
- Perform cell biology techniques such as mammalian cell culture, prepare reagent aliquots, and media for use in cell based assays.
- Review test results to ensure compliance with standards and report any quality anomalies.
- Comply with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
- Write and revise control test procedures and SOPs.
- Complete test records and review data.
- Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
- Assist in validation of methods.
- Participate in the transfer of methodology from R&D.
- Must hold a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Experience with electronic systems such as LIMS, ViCell, SoftMax, Hamilton Venus, and Labware is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology techniques, including ELISA and mammalian cell culture.
- Must have strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience performing cell based potency assays, ELISA, and mammalian cell culture.

Salary Range (hourly): €18.34 - €28.70.
