QC Analyst - Bioassay

Job Overview

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a QC Analyst - Bioassay to join our QC Biology and Biochemistry team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on in-process, release, stability, and/or research samples.
• Gather data and documents test results for techniques such as cell-based potency and ELISA for bioassay.
• Perform cell biology techniques such as mammalian cell culture, preparing reagent aliquots and media for use in cell-based assays.
• Review test results to ensure compliance with standards; report any quality anomalies.
• Comply with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Write and revise control test procedures and SOPs.
• Complete test records and review data.
• Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
• Assist in validation of methods.
• Involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D.

Work Environment

• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to organize and maintain data or information.
• Ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience.
• Preferably experience with molecular biology and cell biology techniques such as ELISA, bioassay and mammalian cell culture.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; will substitute relevant experience for education.
• Experience with electronic systems such as LIMS, ViCell, SoftMax, Hamilton Venus, Labware is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range (hourly): €18.34 - €28.70
