QAQC Engineer (Germany)

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced QA Engineer for a major data centre fit-out project in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a large-scale, high-spec data centre project, with responsibility for maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout the fit out process.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
• Monitor fit out works to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks across site activities
• Review Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and quality documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are fully understood and achieved
• Identify, record, and manage defects and non conformances through to close out
• Maintain accurate QA records, inspection reports, and project documentation
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Management, engineers, and client representatives
• Assist with snagging, completion, and handover documentation
• Ensure works comply with relevant industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer, or similar role
• Strong background within construction or fit out
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or data centre projects
• Previous experience with a main contractor or specialist contractor
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, ITPs, and quality documentation
• Data centre experience is highly desirable
