QA Manager, Food Manufacturing Cambridge

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Cambridge to oversee food safety, quality and hygiene across the site. The role leads QA technicians, maintains the QMS and ensures HACCP plans are current, with regular audits and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a quality leadership role, internal audit experience, and a background in science/food safety within food manufacturing. Excellent team leadership and initiative are essential.
