QA Lead: Automation, Strategy & Release Readiness

Willis Re (UK) Limited is seeking a QA Lead to shape and drive our quality assurance strategy across the evolving technology ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes automated testing, security and release readiness within a buy/build/AI-enabled environment.

You will define QA standards, embed automation from day one, and partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to foster a right-first-time culture and scalable quality across multi-region delivery.
