QA Lead: Automation-Driven Quality & Release Leader

Willis Re is seeking a QA Lead to shape the quality assurance strategy across our evolving technology ecosystem. You will lead QA standards, embed automation from day one, and drive right-first-time quality with a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-growing, multi-region environment.

You will work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to embed testing practices, develop dashboards, and ensure quality is a shared responsibility across the org.
