QA Functional Lead - Contract

My client is seeking hands on QA / Functional Test Lead to drive quality across major digital transformation projects. If you're sharp, organised, and experienced in the utilities sector - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate testing across multiple digital projects
• Build test strategies, plans, and scripts
• Manage test execution and defect lifecycle
• Report test progress, risks, and insights
• Validate integrations and ensure data accuracy
• Work closely with digital, technical, and business teams

Key Systems You'll Work On

• Network & Job Management Systems
• Asset Management Systems
• Customer notification platforms
• External customer websites
• ERP/CRM (incl. Microsoft Dynamics)

What You Bring

• Strong QA leadership experience in utilities (electricity/gas/water)
• Working knowledge of NI Retail Market Procedures
• Solid understanding of operational and customer facing systems
• Experience with middleware integrations & data governance
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Working Pattern

• 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
