We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our agile teams, working on systems vital to AO's success. You'll help shape features, define testing scope, and champion best practices in a collaborative, fast paced environment focused on delivering the right software. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks that cover both UI and API layers.

About The RoleYou'll embed quality at every stage, champion best practices, and help drive a culture where testing is seen as a shared responsibility. Along the way, you'll influence technical decisions, contribute to continuous integration pipelines, and share knowledge to keep our teams at the forefront of modern testing strategies.
Responsibilities- Build scalable, maintainable automation solutions from scratch
- Develop and maintain automated tests across UI and API layers
- Collaborate in cross functional agile teams throughout the full development lifecycle
- Advocate for quality at every stage, embedding it into the development process
- Drive adoption of automation and modern testing practices
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Share knowledge and mentor team members
- 2 4 years of hands on experience in software testing and automation
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Nightwatch, Playwright, or Cypress
- Skilled in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman
- Familiar with CI/CD integration using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions
- Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows
- Comfortable working in agile, cross functional teams
- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
