As our Python Developer, you'll have a big impact, owning projects end-to-end, bringing ideas to life quickly, and shaping the architecture from the ground up.

You'll create clean, scalable systems that power internal dashboards and reporting. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to help shape the tech stack and processes in a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain internal tools and APIs using Python to support reporting and analytics.
• Design intuitive dashboards using Dash or FastAPI that help teams make quick decisions.
• Refactor and optimize existing scripts or pipelines for speed and scalability.
• Work closely with our analysts and operations team, helping them solve real problems with simple, effective tools.
• Contribute to decisions about architecture, deployment, and development best practices.
• Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Stay curious-keep up with new tools and tech, especially in Python, ML, and data processing.

What You'll Bring

• Solid Python experience (especially with Pandas and related libraries).
• Experience with Dash, FastAPI, and building RESTful APIs.
• Clean coding habits and a focus on writing maintainable, well-documented software.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React (a bonus, not a must).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ideally, exposure to financial data or a fast-moving data environment.
• Comfortable working in English (Dutch is a plus but not required).
