What do we offer?
Supervisor rates start at£9.60(including £0.80 bonus per hour earned from your first day at work )
Weekly pay and weekly paid WOW bonus
28 Days of holidays and an extra half day, every 12 months, up to 32 days.
Permanent Contract (no zero-hour contracts at Pure!)
Pure Stars£50award for excellence given weekly to lots of our team.

Every time your shop passes the WOW bonus during your first 12 weeks of employment, you will gain the bonus for every hour you work. It is collected and stored in a Graduation Bonus pot. And after 12 weeks of being employed at Pure, you will receive this bonus in one lump sum.
What are Pure Supervisor responsibilities?
Serving customers
Basic cold-food and hot drinks preparation (internal training on both will be provided)
Making sure shop floor is clean and organised.
Looking after shop floor and team while Managers and Assistant Managers are away.
Closing tills and store at the end of day.
Banking when required
Accepting and preparing Deliveroo orders
