Purchasing/ Accounts Administrator - Kells

DOE: €38k - €43k

Job Overview

Due to increased workload, our client a busy main contractor is seeking an additional administrator to join their team as a Purchasing/ Accounts Administrator to join their team in Kells, Co. Meath.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time office administration and phone support.
  • Support purchasing activities, including issuing POs and tracking orders.
  • Monitor plant and equipment hire records and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain supplier pricing and update internal systems.
  • Assist accounts with data entry, reconciliations, and queries.
  • Manage general office and property administration, including facilities and compliance schedules.
Qualification and Experience
  • Previous experience in office administration, accounts, or purchasing support.
  • Experience processing POs, invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills with a professional, customer focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems desirable.
