Purchasing/ Accounts Administrator - Kells
DOE: €38k - €43k
Job OverviewDue to increased workload, our client a busy main contractor is seeking an additional administrator to join their team as a Purchasing/ Accounts Administrator to join their team in Kells, Co. Meath.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full-time office administration and phone support.
- Support purchasing activities, including issuing POs and tracking orders.
- Monitor plant and equipment hire records and compliance documentation.
- Maintain supplier pricing and update internal systems.
- Assist accounts with data entry, reconciliations, and queries.
- Manage general office and property administration, including facilities and compliance schedules.
- Previous experience in office administration, accounts, or purchasing support.
- Experience processing POs, invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills with a professional, customer focused approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems desirable.
