Job Description
Overview 
A well-established business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its team in North London. The chosen candidate will be required on site 5 days per week.
Responsibilities- Take responsibility for liaising with the commercial team to ensure sales invoices are raised and issued to clients in a timely manner.
- Work with the procurement team to ensure expenses/overheads are appropriately authorised and categorised.
- Record sales, purchase, and expense invoices on Eque2 Sage Construct and process timely imports to Sage Line 50 for accounting purposes.
- Sales ledger experience is required.
- A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be highly advantageous.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not necessary.
