Public Spaces & Parks Operations Lead

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a Public Spaces Service Manager to lead the delivery of frontline services, with a focus on Parks and Street Cleansing. Reporting to the Head of Streetcare Services, you will guide the Operations Manager and Area Managers to ensure services are efficient, safe and responsive to residents.

You will need excellent management and negotiation skills, strong operational experience, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a safety-critical environment.
