Public Sector Recruitment Delivery Lead

Teleperformance Gateshead is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead high-volume recruitment for public sector operations. You will manage a team, drive strategy, reduce dropouts and attrition, and grow social value recruitment partnerships to deliver quality hires at scale.

The role requires on-site presence three days a week in Gateshead or Manchester, a results-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder engagement to forecast needs and shape recruitment outcomes.
