Public Sector Litigation Solicitor - Prosecutions & Licensing

East Riding of Yorkshire Council invites applications for a solicitor/lawyer to join its Litigation & Regulatory Services Team. You will manage a diverse caseload, advising and representing the council in prosecutions, regulatory enforcement, licensing, employment, and general litigation.

With advocacy before courts and tribunals, you will work alongside elected members, senior leaders and external partners, delivering pragmatic legal advice.
